Hansen fosters a service culture throughout the organisation and is building its service brand and operation. Historically, Hansen Services has focused on the industrial gearbox business but our facilities now incorporate an integrated service department to support our growing wind turbine service activities.
We offer our industrial customers high quality after-sales support through our service centres, distribution network and in-house technical teams. Wind turbine gearboxes are currently serviced and repaired at our facilities in Belgium and our new plants in China and India are designed to comprise internal repair and service departments, as well as mobile service teams for on-site repairs. Our industrial gearboxes are serviced through our extensive international organisation and local distributors and agents with offices in Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Peru, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Hansen Services has trained service personnel available in major industrial gearbox markets and service centres, offering fast and efficient local support for inspection and repair, upgrades, breakdown management and preventive and predictive maintenance. Our engineers are able to perform either basic or advanced inspections to ensure the proper functioning of its wind turbine and industrial gearboxes, either on-site or at its service centres located around the world. In addition, our personnel carry out dismantling and reinstallation tasks after which they will perform a test run and final inspection.
